**You will be allowed to try on the helmet for up to 30 minutes INSIDE the shop because all sales are final on helmets**

Professional Cardo Installation
Comm installation is, generally, quite straightforward. That said, it does necessitate your helmet apart – and we totally understand that it can be a little nerve-wracking to dismantle your brand new piece of gear. That’s why we offer an affordable install service, so you can feel confident that comms were placed properly and the helmet was reassembled by capable hands.
Single Helmet Installation – $30
Double Helmet Installation – $45
Due to the wide variety of bikes, comms, and interfaces, the Apparel Team cannot help you pair your helmet to your bike. And because of the sensitive nature of the work, we refuse to do a poor or rushed job. We won’t work on damaged or expired helmets, and we won’t do a comm installation on a day we’re short staffed or have an Apparel event. We reserve the right to deny service for these or any other reasons. Please understand this is for your safety.
We take your head protection seriously.
As you know, Helmets purchased online and at other stores could have been returned by someone. Once a helmet leaves a store, there is no test to ensure it has not been worn or dropped. We at MOD take your head protection seriously, which is why we do not allow returns on helmets. Helmets are designed to take one impact to save your melon; they are not designed to take repeated blows. Once a helmet has been dropped, the EPS most likely sustained damage while absorbing the impact. The helmet manufacturers we carry have extensive training and certification processes for the sales team. Our apparel team has completed helmet training and education to be certified in the helmet fit process. We take fit, comfort, and safety seriously at MOD. So save time guessing about helmet fit and get fitted in-store by an expert!
